First day of a New Year. We are spending it at home. My favorite way to turn the page to a new chapter.
In comfort. Lounging in pajamas. Tinkering here and there. Choosing when and how to connect with those outside my inner circle of family.
So far, it’s been a good day. (Not perfect – just to make that clear. We bump into our weak spots even on holidays.) I hope your New Year’s Day has been one of family, hope, joy and lots of time of what you find important.
Thank you, Lord, for another year together.
